Our return policy is for non-personalized items only. Personalized items are exempt from returns.

If 7 days have passed since the items were delivered to you, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate your return, you must send an email to info@eventfavor.com. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or incomplete returns

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your money back, please contact us at info@eventfavor.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
